The Color Rendering Index (CRI) measures the ability of a light source to bring out the true colors of an object. Without a high CRI light source, objects can appear faded, dull or inaccurate.
While most halogen LED replacements have CRIs of about 70-80, the Ascher high CRI LED series has CRI values up to 95. This difference can dramatically improve the appearance of objects, particularly in places where various colors are prominent and presentation, appearance and color differentiation are critical in work performance.
